This afternoon I saw the very romantic movie Letters to Juliet. The story of predictable, but it’s a very nice setting, thanks to the lovely Italian landscape.
Sophie and Victor go on a pre-honeymoon to Verona. Victor used this pre-honeymoon to work a lot, so Sophie is on her own. She goes sightseeing in Verona. She visits Juliet’s house and find out that all the letters written to Juliet will be answered by Juliet’s ’secretaries’. Sophie will write a story about it, but then she finds a fifty year old letter that has never been answered. Sophie answers the writer, Claire, and that’s when the real love story begins…
Letters to Juliet is a very nice movie. The movie theater was filled with women (of all ages). For men this movie is way too romantic.
