Last night I ran the 10 km at the Meidenloop (Girls Run) in the city. The parcours went through the city center, so there were many people watching the run event. Especially many men were looking at all the girls in pink shirts running through the streets.

Run event: IJsselsteinloop

Yesterday I ran 10 km at the IJsselsteinloop, a run event in a village south of the city. We started the run in the rain, but after a while it stopped raining and the sun tried to show itself.
My run went great! I ran 10 km in 51.07 minutes, which is 4 minutes faster [...]

Marathon Utrecht

On Easter Monday I ran 10 kms at the Marathon Utrecht. The weather was great: the sun was shining and a high temperature. It was very nice to join this event and to run together with many others.

Sunday morning running

This morning I ran again. The weather was perfect. I went for an early run, so it wasn’t too warm. As I didn’t know how the running would go, I chose a route through the city center, so I could run home any time.

Cat at the vet again

Yesterday I went with my sister’s cat to the vet again for his monthly check-up. His heart murmur was much less, so that’s good and his weight was higher, which is in Mauwerd’s case good too.
The vet took some blood of the cat to see if the medicin Mauwerd gets twice a day works. [...]
