This weekend I saw the new animation movie Rio. Every time when I saw an announcement for this movie I knew I had to see this movie with the cute fuzzy animals.
Because of the nice weather we where only with six people at the movies. From the start I knew I liked it as much as I suspected. Even though it’s a children’s movie it sure is fun. Simple stuff like a text on the screen that says ‘Rio’ to tell us what we’re seeing, and a moment later you see a very different landscape with the text: ‘Not Rio’. You just have to smile when you see this movie.
The story is about the blue bird Blu who is the last male blue bird. A man in Rio wants to bring Blu together with the last female blue bird in Rio. But Blu is used to not living in Rio, so he’s not looking forward to this trip.
The movie shows colorful animals, friendly people, unfriendly people, carnaval, tropical rainforest, citylife, beach, sun and snow. And the adventures of Blu…
This morning I ran again. The weather was perfect. I went for an early run, so it wasn’t too warm. As I didn’t know how the running would go, I chose a route through the city center, so I could run home any time.
Yesterday I went with my sister’s cat to the vet again for his monthly check-up. His heart murmur was much less, so that’s good and his weight was higher, which is in Mauwerd’s case good too.
